It equips students with fundamental, common, and modern knowledge about traffic organization and control, especially for urban traffic systems in Vietnam. Students are required to understand the steps involved in designing, selecting, and evaluating solutions based on metrics of traffic capacity and service efficiency of the system (streets, intersections) in order to creatively apply this knowledge to design new projects or redesign (upgrade/renovation) existing structures through coursework and graduation projects.en_US
